Spring is here! Each season, from a kabbalistic perspective, affects us in different ways on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, and each is associated with a different bodily organ. When we have a deeper understanding of how the seasons, climate, and environment impact our wellness, we are better able to make positive choices for our body, mind, and soul.

The liver and gallbladder are the two dominant organs in the spring season, which relate to the element of wood. The liver is associated with anger versus creativity, and the gallbladder is associated with hesitation versus decision-making. Explore kabbalistic teachings, as well as western and Chinese medicine – including nutritional tips and recipes, movement and stretching, acupressure and meditation – to promote a harmonious flow between the liver and gallbladder.
